Refund and Privacy Policy

Here’s the small print. Please read and understand the following terms and conditions as they apply to all ticket purchases:

There aren’t any refunds.

Sorry, no refund of tickets will be made under any circumstances. If you are unable to use your ticket, you may give it away, sell it to a friend or contact Southwest Michigan First to donate it as a student or non-profit scholarship ticket.

We can change the date if the weather goes crazy.

Southwest Michigan First may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control – although we don’t anticipate that ever happening (at least it better not).

If weather-related changes are made to the event date, time or location, notice will be posted online at www.catalystuniversity.me/weather, on event social media sites and an email will also be sent to those who have registered their address on the website.

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. New tickets will not be issued. If an event is cancelled without a rescheduled date, the purchaser should visit www.catalystuniversity.me/weather for refund options.

We’ll keep your information private.

Information collected from the registration process could be used for marketing purposes by Southwest Michigan First or its affiliated companies and/or brands. By registering for Catalyst University, either individually or as a group, you’re granting permission to Southwest Michigan First and its affiliated companies and/or brands to add you to its email list(s). Of course, this isn’t permanent, as you may opt-out of any list at any time.

You’ll behave like an honorable leader.

The ticket holder agrees to abide by all rules and policies of the venue where the event is located relating to conduct and behavior. By walking through the doors on January 26, 2017 you voluntarily assume all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event. Of course, we’ll do everything in our control to avoid any of those circumstances.
